Day 1 in Florence. More interested in some downtime after several hectic days of travel, we set out to find a quick spot for lunch rather than site seeing. But in Florence, it's hard to go anywhere without bumping into a building or side street that beckons a closer look. The Church of Orsanmichele was one of many buildings we discovered during our brief lunch outing. What an introduction to our month in Florence.
