Moremi Game Reserve, Botswana, 2016

African wild dogs playing at sunrise near Third Bridge in Moremi Game Reserve. Sheri spotted a pack of approximate 20 dogs 100 meters from our camp. Bad timing. Following a late night with friends Rob and Vicky, we were unprepared. Our truck was in disarray. My memory cards were full. I was on the toilet (not a recommended shooting position).

Thanks to Rob, Vicky, and Sheri it wasn't a total bust. Rob supplied a memory card, Vicky selflessly offered her seat in their truck, and Sheri grabbed our cameras. Amazingly, we managed a few decent shots.
